Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Approved returns are issued as a dollsklls.com gift card to the email address on the original order.

Before returning anything: start a request through Customer Service and wait for return instructions. Do not mail items to a store or an address found on another website.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, components and packaging.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipments remain the sender's responsibility until received; keep the tracking number.
Allow up to seven business days after delivery to the return facility for inspection.

Final Sale & Exclusions

Products marked Final Sale, Last Chance or Warehouse Sale, and products with prices ending in .98, are not eligible. Hygiene-sensitive goods, opened cosmetics, intimate items without protective liners, pierced jewelry and customized products may also be excluded. Ineligible items received may be rejected.

United States Returns

Returns are accepted only for orders shipped to a United States address. When available, the return flow will show a boxless drop-off option or a prepaid carrier label. Any service or label fee is disclosed before you confirm the return and is deducted from the gift-card amount.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are offered only where supported and while replacement stock is available. If a direct exchange is unavailable, return the original item and place a new order.

Return Status

A gift card is emailed after the return is received, inspected and approved. Check spam or promotions folders before contacting support.
